"The latest news is that my mother has agreed to go to assisted living. The nice thing about this facility is that they have assisted living on the first floor then skilled nursing care on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a primary care physician in the front section of this community and since I needed to get a new doctor for my mother anyway, it all seemed to come together. You were a big help in this process. And yes, the communities/facilities you sent me were helpful too. Many of them contacted me by phone or email and they were very nice. Truly, again I want to thank you for being there for me. You were calming and caring as well as being a good listener when I needed one. I can't tell you how much it meant to me to have your support."

"Thank you so much for all of your help! You got us in so quickly to so many facilities that I would never have found on my own (each facility was wonderful), you were able to answer my many questions, and you listened and understood what has been going on in our lives. We took Al to Brighton Gardens. When we first got there he was distrustful and looked at me and said "You're taking me home, right?" I said yes. He was a bit feisty for a moment, not seeming to like it there. Carolyn and I left him for a bit to talk with the nurse and get his belongings. By the time we got back to his section, he was sitting at a table drinking coffee and eating so we just left to let him get adjusted."
