Tracy has a background of over 20 years in business management, working in sales and marketing as well as logistics and operations. Her work experience has been in a variety of industries, including health care and long term care insurance. She has developed a well balanced perspective when defining a client’s need and working towards a solution. Tracy attended the University of Maryland and graduated with an emphasis in management studies. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.
