About Shelia
Shelia has a degree in psychology and over 18 years of experience helping families directly with their needs. Her background allows her to help families navigate through the overwhelming process of finding the right solution for an older loved one. A native of Alabama, she has helped hundreds of families and is very familiar with the senior care options available across the state. Additionally, Shelia serves as a Navy Reservist and is eager to help families learn of VA benefits that provide funding for senior housing options.
What I'm passionate about:
Playing acoustic guitar and spending time with my family.
Favorite Food:
Anything Seafood! And lemons. I could eat them like candy but one shouldn't because they are bad for your teeth!
Favorite Quote:
"People will forget what you say, they will forget what you do, but they won't ever forget how you make them feel." -Maya Angelou
"Bidden or not Bidden, God is present." -Erasmus
A Note From Shelia
"Finding the best care can be overwhelming and intimidating. I have the opportunity to work with families and local communities to provide meaningful assistance to people during a stressful time."
