Pat is a registered nurse with over 25 years experience in geriatrics across a variety of settings. She has provided direct patient care in acute hospitals, cardiac medicine,
home care,
nursing homes, hospice and rehabilitation. Pat has served as a Director of Nursing in a Primary care clinic, a Community Relations Liaison for a Continuum of Care Community, a Director of Admissions and Marketing for an acute rehabilitation hospital and is certified in Case Management.
