About Lesly
Lesly Cook has been in the healthcare industry for over 7 years. Her roles as eldercare advisor and patient advocate has given her the opportunity to work not only with seniors and their families but also physicians, hospitals, and other professionals who need viable healthcare alternatives for their clients. Lesly also assisted physicians in closing their traditional medical practices in California and Arizona and reopening their concierge practices with a focus on wellness and preventive care. She is a wife, mother and grandmother and is dedicated in making a difference in her community through her local church affiliation.
