What I'm passionate about:
I seem to be drawn to helping people at two ends of the age spectrum - who have something in common. They are facing circumstances and decisions that may seem overwhelming at the time. At A Place for Mom, it is seniors needing appropriate care options. I provide them and their families guidance in finding the best solutions to their needs and see many happy results. In my volunteer work, I am a crisis pregnancy counsellor where I help many teenagers and young women at a most difficult time in their lives. While each of these require knowledge of different resources, my background in counselling and caring comes into play in both.
