About Bill
Bill has a Bachelors of Business degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and over 15 years in the customer service field. Four of those years he owned his own business so he truly understands how important total customer/client satisfaction is. Bill realizes that without the client there would be no business. It is Bill’s ultimate goal to make sure that every client’s complete needs are met. Bill has established relationships with many of the communities in his area, and has instant access to different communities’ information nationwide. This allows him to make sure he can make the best recommendations that will best fit the lifestyle and needs of the individual needing assistance.
