About Zurbrugg Mansion
A Historic Architectural Marvel located on the Delaware River in Delanco, NJ. The Zurbrugg Mansion is a Georgian Style Mansion that was designed by Philadelphia architect Frank Furness and built for the Swiss Industrialist Theophilus Zurbrugg in 1910. The Zurbrugg Mansion was recently restored by Zurbrugg Partnership, LLC into 27 beautiful independent apartments for low and moderate income Senior Citizens. This wonderful project adds much needed affordable housing for our older residents of Burlington and surrounding counties.
