About Westminster Village of the Mid South
Westminster Village of the Mid-South is a unique rental retirement community located on the grounds of the former Eaker Air Force Base in Blytheville, Arkansas. Residents may choose from 3 and 4 bedroom duplexes, ranging from size 1,027 to 1,566 square feet. Each single floor duplex features a private carport, washer and dryer hookup, garbage disposal, gas range, refrigerator, patio, and 24/7 security. Maintenance Free living includes interior, exterior and lawn maintenance at no additional cost. Rental fee includes 10 meals per month at our onsite Village Cafe, basic cable and the S.A.F.E. emergency system.
Community amenities include a swimming pool, craft hut, library, computer lab, woodworking shop, salon, and chapel. We also have Healthy Partners Clinic onsite that has a full time physician along with a dentist and eye doctor that available one day per week. The Ramey Activity Center is home to bible studies, weekly coffees, game night, exercise classes, line dancing classes, and men’s and women’s pool leagues. Championship golf is just 5 minutes away at Thunder Bayou Golf Links.
