"Everything is going very well. Mom and Dad are much more alert
and active now. Mom's dementia seems to be a lot better now
that she is getting proper nutrition and socialization. We
may have just added about 5-10 years of enjoyment (good, quality
life) to their life span."

"I have spoken highly of you to anyone I have met who is
interested. You helped a great deal in making a difficult choice
easier by narrowing down and explaining the differences and
benefits of each place. Thanks for sticking with me
through the process."

They keep the community clean, and the staff is friendly. They are pretty good about responding to requests or concerns. They have a pretty good variety of activities, for all different interest types. There really isn't anything I would like to see improved or done better. We haven't had any more...
The people are really nice! They’ve helped me out considerably. They’re great!
Mom seems to like the food. I’ve had a chance to try it. I’d just like other families to know that it’s a great place.
They have decent parking available.
Overall this place does a fairly good job. The staff are friendly, and they keep everything nice looking and clean. One issue I noticed, and it is something I noticed at a lot of places, is just a lack of good communication in general, between the staff, residents, and families.
