Vintage Hills is located in Indianola, Iowa. It is under construction and cited for opening in October 2010. In Phase 1, we will be offering Memory Care and Assisted Living. There will be 46 assisted living apartments ranging from 414 to 813 square feet. The memory care consist of 20 units with private and shared rooms. There will a town center connected to the the facility with many amenities.
