Established in 1990 The Village of Westland is designed for easy living on twenty three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Everything you need is under one roof. There are no stairs to climb. Choose from three different apartment options; one bedroom, two bedroom, or one bedroom great room. Rent includes: evening meal, 24 hour security, Personal Emergency Response System, planned social and recreational activities, bus transportation for scheduled shopping and banking, free use of laundry facilities, housekeeping (every other week), library /computer lab, state of the art exercise facility with equipment designed especially for seniors with a personal trainer.

Two special cottages for assisted living needs available. Rose Cottage is for the physically frail residents, while Ivy Cottage is for residents with Memory Loss/ Alzheimer's who require a more specialized, secure environment. Each cottage houses no more than twenty residents and has a staff available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Respite care is also available.
