rental retirement community. The property features 57 apartment homes
and 16 villas for rent. Select from a myriad of floor plans to suite
your lifestyle with choices ranging from spacious one bedroom apartment
homes to villas with attached garages. Tuscany is located on the
beautiful greenbelt of Camelback Walk where a leisurely stroll or bike
ride is just steps away.

To allow residents to stay in their own private apartment when the need
arises, Tuscany has a Home Care agency based on the property 24/7 to
meet their needs. The care may be as minimal as medication reminders,
assistance with bathing, dressing, etc., but may also be to stay with a
resident 24 hours a day. The nurse has regular hours at Tuscany to visit
with the residents, answer their questions, or simply take their blood
pressure.

All apartments & villas have granite counter tops, full size appliances
in the kitchen and laundry room, tiled kitchen and bathrooms, wall to
wall carpet, window treatments and a balcony or patio with access from
the living room and bedroom. Most units also dual thermostats for the
comfort of the residents.

The community boasts a pool, spa, putting green, billiards room,
library, Cicero's cocktail for nightly happy hours, theatre, exercise
room with state of the art equipment, private dining room, beauty salon,
and transportation on the Tuscany van or Cadillac.
