Trillium HomeCare

The mission of Trillium HomeCare is to provide Compassion, Respect, Dignity and Independence for your loved ones who are recovering, rehabilitating and convalescing in their own home within the communities we serve. We are available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, with trained, bonded and insured caregivers. We do extensive background checks on all caregivers, drug testing, and contact their personal and professional references. We have an RN that monitors, hires, and trains our caregivers plus provides assistance to our clients when necessary.

We offer a broad range of services, including personal care, medication reminders, healthy meals, transportation to and from appointments and errands, companionship, and more. We offer visits from 3 hours to 24 hour live-in care. Free assessments and monthly quality assurance checks are included in our services.

To help protect our clients who live alone and stay by them selves for a period of time, we offer a Personal Emergency Reporting System (Help I have fallen and cannot get up) with FREE installation, $75 value, and just $1 per day for monitoring. We also provide assistance in securing VA funding for our veterans and their surviving spouses. We service Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties.
