Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s Memory Care
Three Forks of Forney is a senior living residence located in the town of Forney, Texas. We offer both independent and assisted living in addition to a memory care wing for residents experiencing dementia. We strive to offer an elegant but homelike environment for our elderly residents. All our residents are welcome to enjoy three hot meals each day. Independent residents will also have the opportunity to make breakfast in their own apartment. We take care of laundry and housekeeping every week for each of our residents. Three Forks offers a variety of social activities and outings. We also offer a memory care program called Loving Connections. This allows us to focus on residents with AlzheimerÆs and dementia. Three Forks Senior Living of Forney offers several floor plans, giving our residents options. Each room has storage space. Our independent living rooms have kitchenettes and private bathrooms. We pride ourselves in building strong relationships with our residents. We provide a safe and secure environment for our seniors.

"More than once, I truly know that you saved my sanity
by giving words of wisdom and encouragement in this journey of
care. One time in particular, I think you talked with me
for almost an entire hour, while I wrote notes and calmed down.
Thank you so much for all that you have done for us!"
Alice S., Found Assisted Living in Austin, TX
"You made us feel as though finding a good place for Mom
was as important to you as it was for us. My siblings both
said how impressed they were with the home and the people you led
us to. We will continue to sing your praises."

On this website, we use the term "assisted living" as a general business description for communities that provide some level of assistance with daily living activities. This generic term is not intended to indicate whether any particular facility meets applicable State requirements with respect to providing a particular level of care. We strongly recommend that, when considering any community, you request to see their state license and/or contact your state's licensing authority for clarification on license type and the services they are able to provide.
