My Mother Smiles Again
Thank you all for your kindness and loving care to my Mom. I was so worried about my Mom and after a month I see how much she is thriving and how calm she has become. I actually have my Mom back. She recently had a stay in the hospital and the wonderful people at Sydney Creek came every day to visit and with a little treat to help her smile. It truly is a family and they are there for all of us. It has been a difficult year and each time I walk through the doors the receptionist, [Name removed] or [name removed], welcomes me with Hello [name removed] and ready to give me a hug if I need it. A good place!!!
They have a high level of Alzheimer's care at The Village. My grandpa was doing well after he moved in. The staff were friendly and encouraged him to participate in the activities. He made some new friends during his short time at this community.

Since joining the The Village at Sydney Creek family my Dad has thrived! Due to the excellent medical care provided by the visiting physicians and the on-site nursing staff his health has improved tremendously. The staff is consistently friendly, caring, and completely professional. Memory care is a balancing act and takes a special kind of patience.....Sydney Creek offers warmth and smiles at all times for everyone.

it's been great
It has really been great. They understand dementia very well and how to handle and deal with it. They have put together a schedule of how to work certain things so as to best accommodate and care for the dementia and they have really done a great job.

We hesitated to place our loved one...
We hesitated to place our loved one in any kind of care facility and tried to keep her in her own home as long as possible. Once we finally did move her to Sydney Creek, the quality of her life improved immediately. She was much happier and the constant attention and activities definitely motivated her. The entire staff was so kind and caring that we all felt relieved, grateful and confident that she was in the best hands for her well being. All of the family members visited often and were impressed with the staff and felt comfortable in the facility. We would encourage anyone facing this situation with a loved one to not be afraid to make the change and give Sydney Creek the opportunity to help. Many thanks to all of the staff, we truly are appreciative of your kindness and professionalism.
