Simply one person's thoughts
The move in process was all you might expect. Difficult communicating with Xfinity regarding getting TV service. Plan on more time than you think it will physically take. The meals are good quality, but I do wonder if they could use more variety. After doing a thorough study and understanding all, you would probably be very satisfied here. They have a lot of planned activities. Excellent staff all around, for the most part. Cleaning is usually good in unit. Maintenance is quick to address needs/repairs. The dining room staff are good, but seem a little short of help. The Director spent an unusual amount of time answering family members' questions and concerns.

Our family had an in person tour and The Solana was very nice but our MIL was not interested in condo/apartment set up. She wanted her own place with a yard. However the reps we dealt with was personally fantastic.

The Solana Preserve vintage Park review
We are satisfied with The Solana so far, the staff members are very friendly towards the residents and the families. When we request things they always follow through so communication seems to be excellent. Our loved one has yet to complain about the meals and always goes to the dining room for breakfast and dinner so we have to assume the meals are good. They have a lot of different activities going on - different exercises classes, yoga classes and bible studies.

The community is perfect for her. They have had a good covid plan and have adapted well. The food is amazing and my mom loves it here. They have stuff going on all the time and the community is very lively and they have delivered on everything they have said they would.

The care at assisi is very good. The therapists are wonderful - got me back on my feet quickly. Everyone's kind and helpful. Ive met some very nice people here, also here for rehab. It's been great having them for companionship. ON all around great experience.

We were fortunately set up by [name removed] to meet [name removed] (a resident) first who helped to open our eyes to the wonders of Solana Preserve by the time we finished with [name removed} expertise on points + details, we gave our $500 in hopes of a 2 bedroom opening in time for our needs. Let me close by saying all Solana needs to do is "clone" [name removed] thank you.

Absolutely beautiful facility! The staff is friendly and genuinely care; and the residents are active and friendly folks. This is a new facility so they are willing to work with you on finances and find the best option for your parents. It's close to shopping and all amenities have been thought of. The food was good at lunch and we even got to tour current resident apartments. I would highly recommend the facility!

I like it here because of how they treat you and what they do for you. It is clean and there is a nice pool and courtyard area. The dining room is nice and the food is super. I would recommend this to my friends or family.

I am very pleased with the Solana Preserve Vintage Park. We have been here for five months. It is an adjustment from living in a house. They have been very helpful. During Hurricane Harvey they were very detailed and prepared to take care of us. We had plenty food, water made sure we were safe and well cared for. Our children were thankful for the way they took care of us. They were very attentive.

That is unless you moved to a facility like Solana Preserve with fantastic facilities and a caring staff this has been an easy transition with problem. Shortly after the move we experienced “Harvey” and we felt everything was done for our care and safety something that provide comfort for our family.

Review of The Solana Preserve Vintage Park
I moved to Solana community on September 19th, the day they opened. Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to look over all aspects of the operation here. As I inspected the building, I was very pleased. My apartment is a beautiful one bedroom, bath and a half, study, laundry , large living area, large bedroom with walk in closet. Two sides of my apartment, located on the southeast corner of the building, on the fourth floor, are practically all windows.
The facility includes lobby, bar, large dining room. Library , game room , theater, craft room , swimming pool, putting green, workout room, therapy room and salon.
I believe the operation of this beautiful facility reflects the personality of the Executive Director. She is talented, a hard worker, very friendly and possesses a wonderful personality, a great communicator and very experienced in operating a Senior Living Community. The employees in all areas seem to be well trained.
When my wife passed away, it was necessary for me to move to a senior care facility. I have found my home at Solana Preserve.
