The Milton Home of St Paul Park
Offers comprehensive services that include living quarters, qualified trained staff, transportation, and meals to adults 55+. Our home strives to create a home environment that is safe and nurturing. Clients are treated with respect and dignity. Individual Place Agreements (IPA) are designed to specifically meet the needs of clients, support their well-being.
STAFF
Our staff undergoes vigorous background checks to ensure that only the most qualified persons are responsible for the car of our clients.
FACILITY
Our home can support three adults in one private room and one semi-private room, other amenities include one bathroom , living area, kitchen and dining area based in a community setting. There are many shops nearby in Cottage Grove, Parks a Local library,and other activities.
MEALS
Clients are provided with three nutritious meals and two snacks each day. Menus adhere to the food pyramid recommended by the United States Department of Agriculture.
Transportation
Our home offers professional services to transport clients.
