The Manor is an intimate independent living community described by our residents as “it just feels like home” Located in beautifully Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania The Manor is tucked away like a quaint mountain lodge, only it’s in the center of it all. Nestled back from Welsh Road, you wouldn’t even know the Manor is there. Here you can enjoy the serenity of our gardens, patio and natural setting. It’s a bird-watcher’s paradise and a nature lover’s delight. And if you like to garden, we have a spot just for you in our resident garden.

One of the more intimate independent living communities, The Manor is like its own little neighborhood. You’ll enjoy a convenience store in the coffee shop, a library and hair salon. But the real beauty of The Manor is that is so close to great shopping. There is the convenience of a shopping plaza within walking distance, with a drug store, restaurants and food store. Public buses and trains are just minutes away. Most of all, food shopping and banking are easy with our own shuttle bus.

At The Manor you’re free to socialize or celebrate a little private time. Join in on any of the community activities such as exercise, book club, Bible study, Wii, Knit ‘n Chat and so much more. Or, if you prefer, entertain guest in your apartment home and enjoy your privacy and lovely view.
