The Inn at Renaissance Village

The Inn at Renaissance Village, Middletown's newest Assisted Living Community, is proud to announce they are now open for tours.

Renaissance Village will offer an alternative to older adults who do not require complex medical care but may need assistance with activities of daily living.   All residents will benefit from the security and services offered by a fully qualified staff but will maintain their individual privacy and freedom of choice in a beautiful, comfortable, home-like setting.

There will be a variety of suites to choose from as there are 101 suites -- offering several choices to residents and their families.   All suites will have a private bath, kitchenette and individually controlled heating and air conditioning for personal comfort.  Depending on their own personal needs, residents will have available to them a variety of services although maximum independence will always be encouraged.   A licensed nurse will be on duty 24 hours a day - providing peace of mind to the resident and their families.

Special attention is being given to 24 suites that will provide additional services to those residents requiring special care.   This area, specifically designed for those residents with unique physical and cognitive needs - including those with early Alzheimer's and dementia - is secure with a state of the art monitoring system which allows for staff to care for residents in a non-intrusive manner, with the preservation of their dignity and privacy foremost.  An outdoor area will enable these residents to still be outdoors but in a very safe and secure setting.
