All 5's I love it being here at Hampton Apartments. Everyone is so kind. I'm so glad I chose Hampton clearwater. I wish I could afford more amenities.

Great staff
The friendliness of the staff here at The Hampton has really stood out to me - great first impression. The apartments themselves are really nice and a really good price, I do think the value for the money is excellent. Some of the meals have had have been really good. I have not had the chance to participate in many activities but the ones I have been to are fun.

A Lovely Facility
The dining room is closed due to renovations and the residents are still able to order items from the kitchen and a chef on site. There is a nurse available 24 hours a day on site as well. There is a shuttle to take the residents to the store three times a week in the morning or afternoon. There are activities available for the residents. Each floor has items that would be helpful that the resident may not have in their room such as a library with a computer and printer, sewing machine, and more. Three is also a laundry room on each floor.
Off of each elevator there is a sitting area for guests to visit with their loved ones.
They are in the process of converting the flooring in the apartments to laminate from carpet, as they become available.

Very happy with this choice
My loved one really likes the meals however, the dining room is currently closed at this time due to renovations. They also don't have many activities like they were advertised. They have not started anything back up after all of the covid restrictions to keep the residents engaged. This is a nice place for independent living and those looking to have the ability to have an active lifestyle if they want. The apartments are very large and quite big.

I thought our tour at Hampton at Clearwater was very nice, but they weren't fully open due to Covid, and I didn’t see any people around. The staff we met were very nice and very attentive. And the apartments were HUGE, lovely, bright, and airy.

Very Happy There, Very Nice Experience
There's a big entertainment hall directly behind the building. It's a performing arts center that's very popular. The location is great, it's close to just about anything. I liked it while I was there, but it was a larger community so it was a little harder to get to know everyone. The pricing is very reasonable, and because of that maybe they don't offer quite as much, but you still have everything you need. The staff was very, very nice, especially the activities director. She has about six different hats that she wears, and is always so busy creating experiences for the residents. The management is very nice. They're more businesslike than where I'm at now. The rooms are much larger, and you have a balcony. They allow small pets. It's really nice.

The Hampton offers superior amenities, quality dining, engaging activities, health and well-being clinics, social, Library, morning coffees, bus, covered parking, and more. I moved to The Hampton from IL in September 2016. My sons toured 25 properties before deciding to give me the info on The Hampton. This is a very safe and well-run property. The apartment is spacious and well constructed. Maintenance here is number one. There are many amenities to use to make it comfortable. There are medical and therapy offices on the premise. I am extremely happy residing here.

I have been here 3+ years and are very pleased with it of course right now many activities have been suspended but otherwise, you can keep busy which is so important. It's so much easier and better life than just an apartment. The food is good and like that can still do some of my own meals. People are very friendly here!

I found The Hampton offers me everything I need at this age and stage of my life. The virus put an end to all social activities and transportation for social and food shopping. Looking forward for the change back. I do enjoy it here. Nothing is perfect but I feel safe and like my new friends.
