The Dunroven

The Dunroven is located on our Fenwick Landing Senior Care Community property along with our adult medical day care center and our other small assisted living home, the Dagsboro.

Each of our facilities specializes in care for individuals with varying needs, so we can offer an environment appropriate to each person. The Dunroven offers advance care, the Dagsboro offers more traditional assisted living, and our day care center offers day-time services for folks who do not require 24 hour care. There is most often a place for everyone The Dunroven specializes in offering care 15 seniors with more advanced needs such as late stage Alzheimer’s Disease and other advanced chronic (but stable) medical conditions. While we are not a nursing facility, we have years of experience in caring for individuals who require a higher level of care. For our residents, The Dunroven is an alternative to nursing home placement.

Residents have private bedrooms and enjoy a cozy, homelike living room and sun room during the day. Our 1:5 staffing ratio ensures that everyone gets what they need. We also prepare scrumptious home cooked meals. Our outdoor areas feature a beautiful fountain to sit around and a back yard gazebo that offers shade on a beautiful day.

We pride ourselves in getting our residents up and out of bed every day despite their advanced conditions. They enjoy their meals in a common dining room, and receive personalized attention for our staff.
