Tabor Crest Residential Care, LLC is a family owned and operated residential care facility located in Portland, Oregon with plenty of room for residents to feel at home. Our mission is to compassionately serve all of our residents with recognition to each of their individual physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social needs. We pride ourselves on treating all residents with dignity and respect while paying a special attention to their needs and wants to continue to live life to the fullest. Highly recommend
We chose Tabor Crest because of the reviews that it had gotten from other people. The staff members here are known throughout the community, and it got good marks. Because of Covid, I get updates for my loved one on Facebook. One of the staff members also lets us use her personal phone so we can send pictures and things like that so she can show him. When I do go to see him, his hair is cut, he is clean, he is dressed for the weather, so I know they take good care of him. I think it is a blessing I have him in here, and I would definitely recommend them.

I chose Tabor Crest because it was highly recommended based on things a place from mom had heard. He had a lot of extra needs and she felt like it would be a great fit. It is a smaller community so the care is more individualized. I was looking for a place with adequate care and this was the right fit. The director who runs the facility is amazing and they have been great with communication especially since I cannot go inside the facility. She always responded within 24 hours when I sent her an email. Between her and the care providers, they were always there to answer questions and give input. I have nothing but good things to say and I would recommend highly recommend.

Loving care provided here
Tabor Crest Memory Care is a fine establishment. The staff here provide joyful service and demonstrate care and concern for each resident in their care. They take time to talk to them and really listen to what they have to say. What a joy to find this loving home for my Mom. She was previously very scared and unhappy in the assisted living facilities wwe tried. Here at Tabor Crest she is content and enjoys the care she receives. Staff turn over is very low. As a matter of fact I don’t think any staff has left in the year Mom has been here!

Happier Moments and Wonderful Care
The care has been wonderful and we are happy that we moved my dad to Tabor Crest II Memory Care. It is a great community and the staff is very caring and supportive. The facility is very clean and residents are cared for in a loving way. There is always a nurse or doctor on site everyday who is very involved in my dad's care, and they keep family members informed of care plan changes. We are very happy that my dad has found a new home where he is supported and loved by the staff. We visit almost everyday and have been able to see over a period of time just how dedicated the owners and staff are to their residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking residential memory care for their loved one.

This is predominately a memory care facility, which is not what we need. The starting price is $4200/month due to the additional care memory care patients require.
It was clean and nice, but does not offer the privacy and independence for seniors who just need an assistance living arrangement.
