SunnyBrook of Ft. Madison
5025 River Valley Road Fort Madison IA 52627
SunnyBrook Assisted Living was established in 1995 by founder's David and Betty Howell of Fairfield, Iowa who recognized a need to provide a safe home environment for seniors requiring assistance in the activities of daily living, but still maintaining a sense of independence and autonomy.
The SunnyBrook communities offer quality care that works with the resident and their families to provide a wide range of services consistent with the individual's needs and preferences. Involving the resident in all choices within a residential home-like setting, while providing comfort, services, and social amenities is our top priority.
SunnyBrook of Fort Madison also offers 12 studio apartments in a secure area of our community for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. Residents benefit from consistent staff, individualized care and services, along with private dining and activity programming. The Garden's are secured and staffed 24 hours a day with a goal of providing a smaller, more structured lifestyle that supports a resident's current and future memory needs.
