Sterling Care is a locally owned and operated home health care agency based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Our service area includes all of the towns and cities in lower Fairfield County. We are the only full service home health care agency based in Greenwich providing both medical and non-medical care licensed under the stringent standards of the Connecticut Department of Health. We currently provide personalized in-home medical and non-medical care for seniors, patients who need assistance while recovering from an operation or medical procedure, people with special needs and adults who are in need of care. An RN is on call 24/7 to assist you.

At Sterling Care we believe in taking care of the whole person from a holistic mind, body and spirit perspective. Our free initial patient assessment and Plan of Care takes into account the needs of our clients in all three of these areas.

All of our employees undergo initial and ongoing training, are bonded, insured and carefully screened with complete background checks and drug tests. They are covered by workman’s compensation and we tax care of all employee taxes.
