Benedictine Senior Living at Steeple Pointe is a 59-unit residential facility described by tenants and their families as “warm and welcoming.” Located in the heart of Osseo on Central Avenue, the building that houses Steeple Pointe was originally St. Vincent’s Church. The building was converted to a residential facility in 1998, and has been serving elders ever since. Elements of the church, such as pews and stained glass, are part of the Steeple Pointe décor, reflecting the building’s heritage. Steeple Pointe is a member of the Benedictine Health System, a nationally recognized non-profit leader in providing services and care for older adults. The Benedictine Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice are evident in daily operations and service delivery by staff. Based in the Christian tradition of servant hood, Steeple Pointe serves persons of all faiths in a caring environment. Steeple Pointe offers two primary service structures, Catered Living and Assisted Living. Catered Living at Steeple Pointe is a step above independent living -- amenities and services are included in the rent that typically isn’t available at other senior independent living facilities. More services can be added as needed, eliminating a possible second move when more care is needed.
