About Springhouse Senior Living

Springhouse is located in Boston, across from the Faulkner Hospital and within walking distance of the Arnold Arboretum and public transportation. A not-for-profit community, Springhouse originally was endowed by the Mount Pleasant Home. Rogerson Communities, management for Springhouse, has a long history of caring for elders. From the outset, its goal has been to create warm, human, nurturing communities for its residents. It encourages and develops a wide range of activities to provide socialization, stimulation, health care and support for residents and their families.

For those interested in independent living, Woodside offers a variety of apartment sizes and styles including studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom with den. Each apartment is beautifully appointed; some offer a balcony or patio. Prices start around $183,750 for our 90 percent refund plan. The monthly fees begin at $2,420.00 for a single occupant, plus $822 for an additional resident.

Our Ledgemont studio, one-bedroom and three-room suite apartments offer privacy, independence and gracious living in a friendly atmosphere with a full complement of services to enhance well being. When company is desired, the wide range of Springhouse activities, cultural programs and social events offers the opportunity to socialize. Assisted living apartments in Ledgemont are immediately available.

Because Ledgemont apartments are offered on a rental basis, residents are able to enjoy our full range of services and amenities through a simple monthly fee. Apartments range in size from 335 to 700 square feet and prices start at $5,300.00 a month. A one-time community fee, equal to one month’s rent, is due prior to move-in.

Allen House, our special care community, offers residential living within a specially designed, secure living environment for persons with Alzheimer’s disease or similar memory loss. Our specially trained care providers support each resident’s existing capabilities while reaffirming dignity and self-esteem. Daily activities are based on the concept of creating pleasant days. Monthly fees at Allen House start at $7,500.00 for a studio apartment with shared foyer. This amount includes three meals daily and snacks, personal assistance, housekeeping and laundry.

We Love Helping Families Find the Right Senior Care

"Your organization does fantastic work. Thank you for your quick response to my online inquiry. The articles on memory loss you sent were useful and needless to say, the list of facilities you gave me was incredibly helpful. The best part though, is the sense of peace I have now knowing that the day to day struggles are over. My aunt is seems relaxed and more settled than she's been in a long time knowing she's going to be living so close to me. It's a relief for both of us. Thanks so much for making this possible!"

Diane A., Found Assisted Living in Haverhill, MA

"You were an excellent advocate for my mother and the whole family."
