About Spring Meadows at Summit
Spring Meadows Summit is Capital Senior Living Corporation's (CSL, NYSE) premier assisted living community. It is located within the prestigious neighborhood of Summit, adjacent to Briant Park.
The building itself is gracious, offering a variety of Studio and One bedroom apartments. Every apartment features 2 generous closets, high ceilings, independently controlled heating and air conditioning, a kitchenette to include a full size refrigerator and a large bathroom with easy access shower. There is a lovely Courtyard with gazebo and a walking path around the campus. Three restaurant style meals are served in their elegant dining room. Included with the monthly rent is a fully equipped Fitness Center supervised by a personal trainer. Residents can choose from a vast variety of in-house activities, as well as, theatre trips, shopping, jazz concerts and so much more. Transportation to scheduled medical appointments is included with the monthly fee. The computer center offers free computer lessons and internet access. The library is stocked with current newspapers and reading materials. Their Bistro offers fresh beverages, fruits and treats around-the-clock. Residents can bring their pets (some restrictions do apply). Beautifully appointed apartments are available for short-term respite stays.
