Included in the monthly rent is 1 meal per day, all utilities, local phone, expanded Cox cable television, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation to shopping and doctors' appointments and an unrivaled activities program.

Residents who need additional assistance with the activities of daily living may choose Assisted Living, available in a distinct setting featuring an elegant dining room, open courtyard, sun room, game room and a choice of three apartment floor plans. Designed to maintain independence while fulfilling individual assisted living needs, this program includes stimulating activities and a wide range of services provided by fully licensed personnel.
