The staff is very friendly.
I am so grateful they take such good care of her. It seems the staff especially admin is always trying to figure out ways to make her more comfortable and that she is getting everything she needs It seems to me when I've been there the portions aren't a lot....and the meals don't look very appetizing....but the patients eat it.
The girl who does the activities seems to work very hard in planning and engaging. A lot better than some I've seen.
My brother in law is at [removed] in the Assisted Living area...he pays a LOT and it doesn't come close to the care, cleanliness, food, or anything that my sister gets at Seven Hills. They are now owned by the same company. The people at Seven Hills should go and train the people at [removed].
I sleep at night knowing my sister is taken care of.

Wonderful Staff
I have found Seven Hills Place to be a very good facility for my wife's memory care. The staff from top to bottom has treated her with great care, knowledge, and respect. They have done a great job with her.

They we're kind, but very pushy in sales. Plus the facility needed updating, was dark and drab. The residents were in their rooms or clearly unhappy. On top of all of that, they were considerably more expensive.

They seem to be doing a pretty good job of keeping an eye on him. They're very communicative and anytime I call they're on top of things, so I'm very pleased with how things are going.
They provide him with all of his needs, they do their best to appease him. Of course with the memory loss, he can be hard to appease at times - but they are so patient.

Great Home away from home
The staff are very friendly and helpful. From what I can tell they serve good nutritious food to the residents. This was like a home away from home. People cared about you and made sure that our loved one was taken care of and got out as much as they could with their abilities. It just had a homey feeling not like a facility so to speak. They encouraged the residents to participate when they could in the activities.

Tour experience
The tour experience itself was great. The issue we had was after the fact the lady kept calling me and calling me and would not stop. She was way too pushy. We also ran into someone who did not recommend the place.

Seven Hills Place has been wonderful. They were really easy to work with from the beginning and were able to get us in quickly which was important. [name removed] did a a great job and made the transition easy for us during a tough time. I would recommend them to others looking.

A good facility
Seven Hills Place is a good facility and I am a firm believer that there is always room for improvement. Unfortunately they are understaffed so some things have lacked like the communication. There are times where our phone calls do not get answered. However it is a good community and the staff members do care for the residents. This community is good for residents who are active and low maintenance.

I would not Dare.
Bad management and the caregivers are lazy. Not friendly when you ask them can they help with your family member. Caregivers stay on their phones all day and the nurse and ED is nowhere to be found when you need answers about something. Horrible.

We are pleased with this community.
The food at this community is very good and they offer a variety of healthy choices. They have a very good activities program. The housekeeping staff are good. They take good care of my loved one. They react well and have good interaction with her. This community is in a good location for us. They fit her needs and I would recommend this community.

Great experience!!
I had a really great experience at this community during my tour. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give my father and I lots of great information about there facility. They also where very professional and patient with all of the questions we had for them. It was just not the right fit for him and we decided on another place for him.

Comfortable Living !!
My loved one has really been enjoying his new living environment. He is enjoying the dinning experience as well as the delicious meals they serve three times a day. My dads apartment is comfortable and spacious and the housekeeping team does a great job at keeping the studio well maintained.
