At Serenity Gardens, the professional staff goes out of their way to make residents feel at home. "My Grandmother is very happy there, and even has a
'boyfriend'! She is 98, he is 81 - and they sit together and
hold hands. She said, 'Why didn't you send me here earlier?
This is a great place for people like me, we have so much fun here,
we play bingo and have arts and crafts!'
I believe she has forgotten that she never wanted to leave her
home, and how much of a fight she put up when we wanted her to
move. Again, we are thankful that it all worked out and she
is now happy and able to socialize again."
