Serenity at Jefferson

Serenity at Jefferson Personal Care Home is a 6 bed residential care facility with 2 private rooms and 2 semi-private rooms. The home is set on 2 acres in a quiet country setting with plenty of parking space. The home has an open floor plan and large covered front and rear porches. Some of our safety features include carpeted floors in bedrooms, living room and dining area to reduce the chance of falls caused by slippery hardwood floors, kitchen and baths have non-skid tile floors, door chimes which sound when doors are being opened or closed, full fire suppression system, emergency lighting and all resident quarters are on the homes main level only.

The drive that opened Serenity at Jefferson was generated by the recognition of the need for quality elder care in our area. We feel like our elderly citizens are often robbed of the care they deserve. We feel that individual attention, care and quality of life are essential and that’s what we strive to provide. I asked one of our residents to put into a short sentence how he would describe our facility and he said this, “You have the big 3; Great food, Wonderful staff & Very clean living”.
