Your physician or a skilled nurse will assess your home care needs and develop a plan of care that meets your individual requirements. Your plan may include a Home Health Aide who will assist you with walking, bathing, dressing or taking your medications.
Our home health aides and personal care aides have been trained in programs approved by New York State Department of Health.
Scharome Cares is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide home health services to residents of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Nassau County.
