I live in one of the Garden Homes with a garage. I go to the workout room twice a week. I can eat meals in the restaurant for $10.00 a meal. I wear a nurse call necklace and the one time I needed them they were there in 5 minutes. I highly recommend Rosegate Commons to others.

Review for Rosegate Commons
I think it is a good place, but I would make extra sure that everything was actually ready and ask for proof if the issues were quite important. They do have a good communication it with ways to get to know other residents in independent housing. The maintenance men are very nice! Price is a major reason Rosegate was chosen, but it was a little more than another place. We chose to pay a little more because of the community. It was worth it!

excellent experience, friendly is happy, a great place to live
I assisted my friend with the process. He moved into a garden home independent apartment. He has his meals at Rosegate each day. At this point I would rate each category a 5. Rosegate has been an excellent experience for [name removed].
So far it has been very good. The apartment is a 1 bedroom, full kitchen, laundry facilities. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. [name removed] uses the exercise facility and restaurant.
Rosegate definitely was the best fit and best value for the money out of the places we looked at.

Would Recommend - A Good Fit for My Mom
I would recommend getting your family member into assisted living as soon as you can. Before moving into Rosegate, my mom was really depressed about even leaving her house. And now, after moving into Rosegate, she's all excited about being there because of the activities and the people there. She just seems a lot happier.

Our experience with Rosegate
Dad lived at Rosegate for a while and it was initially a great fit for him. Once COVID hit we saw a decline in him since he did not have that social interaction with others that he really needed. They did everything that they could with what was going on and it was a good experience overall.

Long Term Contentment Available with Rosegate
We're pretty happy with Rosegate so far. They've been good, and responsive. It's a convenient location in a nice neighborhood. It's in close proximity to numerous shopping centers - Meyer, Walmart, Kroger, Target - and there's a hospital just blocks away. There is flexibility in the service levels they offer. The cost is not out of line. The staff has been helpful and friendly. It's worked out pretty well.

Ideal place for me to live. My garden home is exceptionally nice. Office staff is accomodating and friendly. Maintenance staff is very good, but only two workers to service entire community, and two more would make a lot or residents happy. Additional street lights would be nice since many residents walk in the evening.

My husband and I have lived in our community for three years. We love it here! It is a tightknit community. The employees are a wonderful group of people. Always there for you! Everyone knows everyone and all look out for each other. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!!

Peace of mind that my dad was in good hands
I think that they are a really good place. I feel my father is safe. They have his best interest in mind with any decisions they make. The food is okay. The room sizes and layout of the community is good. They have outdoor space for the residents

Nice facilities and helpful information for those considering a retirement community
We really enjoyed seeing the Rosegate facilities and meeting with your marketing representative. (She was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. and we liked her.) The independent living homes were well laid out but so close together. Visitor parking spaces were difficult to find. This was an initial investigation of retirement communities for us.

Nice community!!
The staff at this community made sure to be on time to our appointment and give my loved one lots of great information on everything they had to offer. They had a lot of great amenities available to all of there residents and had a great meal plan set in place. I liked that all of the common rooms where spacious and had extra room for family members when they visit.

Care and comfort
This is a nice community. We have been happy with care. The community is very clean and taken care. My father seems to like the care and the variety of the food is appealing. They do offer him to participate in the activites.We would recommend this community for the good care and the value for other families

Outstanding Care for mom's needs.
I am very happy with the care at this community. The staff is very nice, but the staff is great. The food is very good. They do have a lot of great activities, but maybe more activities for what she is able to do. The community is always outstanding. We liked that they work a lot with her needs. We found that this has an all the needs for the care for my mom.

An older place...
We are staying temporarily at the Rosegate and so far it has been good. The place is comfortable and all of the staff are very nice. The place is clean, for the most part. It is an older complex so there are certain things that need to be replaced. They have a lot of activities and outings available.
