The Gardens Residential Care Community Centers were the first in California to be built with a specially designed floor plan for those with Alzheimer's disease and memory impairment. Each care center is spread across two acres of land and offers extensive walking paths, beautiful rose gardens, and sunny patios for the resident's enjoyment. We have created the ideal secured environment, which alleviates stress and anxiety. The spaciousness, high ceilings, soft lights, warm colors and home-like atmosphere of our centers further contribute to the feeling of freedom and independence of our residents.
We provide the highest level of personal services under the direction of qualified licensed, professionals. Our goal is to maintain the highest possible level of functioning and independence. Our staff is involved in ongoing training including philosophy of care, behavioral management and effective communication. Many of our caregivers have been with us for over 10 years and understand the special needs of those with Alzheimer's and related dementias.

"You not only listened to me, but quickly found homes to
look at that fit all of mom's requirements: it's close to
my home, in a family setting, and they accepted both mom and her
dog Mandie with open arms."
Chris O., Found Assisted Living in Buena Park, CA
"I agonized over placing my mom in an assisted living facility;
in fact, I fought the whole idea of it until I had no other choice.
My emotions were almost a hindrance to me to make the best
decision for my mom as I wanted more than anything to protect her
but the situation was out of my control. We moved my mom in about a
month ago and she went from being sad and depressed to open and
happy once again. She is making friends and participating in all
the activities and she even loves the food! We all love
you at A Place for Mom!"
Elizabeth K., Found Assisted Living in Walnut, CA
