Redwood Villa is a happy, active, independent Retirement Facility. It has been owned and operated by the Cappelletti Family for over 30 years. Our restaurant style dining room serves three meals a day and provides a comfortable atmosphere with great food. You will appreciate the weekly housekeeping, the many activities, and availability of transportation. Each of our studio and one-bedroom apartments has a patio or balcony with a great view of trees and shrubs and/or flowers. All units have kitchenettes, emergency cords, and heating and air conditioning controls for your comfort.
All of our “common” areas are extra living space for you. We encourage you to use the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, library, TV room, game room, putting green, bocce court, shuffleboard court, and any of the atrium's and lounge areas for your entertainment. We are thrilled to have your children and their families visit to share your home with you.
