As I told you we are like a family here with the staff and those who live here. We are there to talk to and help each other as much as we can. The community of Pendleton is also involved in showing that they care. Just this week an eighth grade class came to visit us. They made and brought beautiful throws for us. They stayed an hour to interact and visit with us. For Halloween the children will be knocking on our doors for treats. Our campus comprises two communities — Fall Creek, a charming retirement village; and Rawlins House, which is for those who want more assistance with activities of daily living, or have specific care needs.</p>
<p>We are a family-owned business located in the heart of Pendleton, near the public library, a cute shopping district, and several dining options. Since we offer a continuum of care, we’re sure you’ll feel right at home here.</p>
<h3>Community Amenities and Services</h3>
<p>Everyone in our community can take advantage of our beautiful campus. We have scenic courtyards, gardens, gazebos, a sunroom, and large community rooms where you can relax with your friends and neighbors. We even offer dining options, with meals served in an elegant restaurant-style dining area. Find your new favorite book in our library, or make an appointment at our beauty salon and barber shop. We also have a fully functional therapy gym and offer WiFi throughout our campus.</p>
<p>If you want to explore all that Pendleton has to offer, we can schedule transportation for you, although we have plenty of things happening right in our community that you’ll want to add to your calendar! Some of our regular offerings for Fall Creek include fitness classes, Bingo, chit chat, games and puzzles, and Sunday school. We also have events designed specifically for our Rawlins House residents, such as massage, trivia, daily horoscope, and stories.</p>
<p>Independent living residents enjoy two scrumptious restaurant-style meals each day. We offer a quarterly check of vital signs to make sure you’re in good health, and if needed, you can access nursing assistance 24 hours a day by using our emergency call system. Our assisted living residents enjoy these same benefits, as well as a third meal and a personalized care plan.</p>
<p>If you’re staying at Rawlins House, you’ll also have a personalized care plan, which is a collaborative effort created by a physician, your family members, and our care staff. Physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies are available, as well as dental and podiatry services. Rawlins House is home to our long-term care residents, in addition to those needing short-term or respite care. We also offer in- and out-patient rehabilitation services, memory support, and hospice care. We are Medicare and Medicaid approved, and also accept most private insurances.</p>
<h3>Living Arrangements and Unit Features</h3>
<p>Our independent and assisted living residents can choose from a studio, one-, or two-bedroom apartment. You won’t have to worry about maintenance — all apartments are cleaned for you on a biweekly basis, and we can take care of your laundry for you if you wish. Apartments are equipped with heating and air conditioning, private bathrooms, and fully functioning kitchens.</p>
<p>If you’re staying in Rawlins House, you can stay in a private suite, which includes a TV and private bathroom. Regardless of which community you choose, we’re sure Pendleton Fall Creek will be a comfortable home.</p>
