Personal Touch Home Care is licensed by the Department of Health, and is CHAP accredited. The Agency has been serving clients in the New York area for more than 30 years. All staff are screened, bonded and insured. A criminal background and drug screen are performed pre-employment and randomly throughout each year. All para-professional staff are supervised by a Registered Nurse, who assesses each client and formulates an individualized plan of care for that particular client.
