PBH Residential Care Homes is a family-owned business and company-branch of PBH Construction. Certified by The Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes to build and manage a Licensed small-B Residential Care Home, PBH Residential Care Homes Co-Owners David and Terri Green, along with their son and seasoned architectural designer, Jeffrey Green, are fulfilling a desire to provide a safe, loving and “current” alternative for area senior citizens who require 24-hour care.

The Greens have been updating and renovating homes around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for many years, using the highest quality design tools and construction materials – all at an affordable rate for both their company and their homes’ future residents. In recent years, the Green family has experienced both the benefits and challenges that their aging family and friends have had with choosing the perfect long-term, assisted-living options. And while learning of the varying accommodations, amenities and services that are available, they found that many seniors really desire to live in an updated, bright and open space that fosters more of a “real home” environment. And so, PBH Residential Care Homes was born. The Greens are combining their construction, design and décor expertise to create safe, loving and “current” aging-in-place homes where residents can retain their dignity as they move and live comfortably with 24-hour assistance.

When deciding where to start with their new endeavor, the Greens knew their overall vision of a PBH Residential Care Home best fit within an existing, well-established neighborhood that is centrally located to senior and community centers, as well as major area hospitals and medical centers. This means, the Greens seek out an ideal home within a welcoming neighborhood that can be upgraded and customized specifically to meet the needs of seniors. The Greens’ hope is to give their residents a place they will be proud to call “home.”
