Assisted living is all one story, 50 Apt. Studios and one bedroom units. Pets welcome, bathing services twice a week are included in base rent. Weekly housekeeping also included in rent. 24 hour beverage and snack bar, Private dining room available for guest and resident use. We also have 22 Independent living cottages, each with 2 bedroom 2 bath, one car garage and complete kitchen with appliances including washer and dryer. Housekeeping once weekly, trash and recycling, Lifeline Monitoring system all included in rent.We also have In Home Care available, both on campus and in the community, we can assist with bathing, dressing assist, medication, pet care, housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and many more services.All of this located on a beautiful country setting, yet near to downtown McMinnville.
