When you move into Oak Lane, you’re not just renting an apartment, you’re becoming part of our family. Assistance with “activities of daily living” can be provided to any resident at Oak Lane Retirement. Activities of daily living include dressing, and grooming, as well as assistance with self-medication, transfers and mobility. Assistance is also available for more complex care coordination or support with health needs. AllResidents, prior to move in and at any time during their residency, can have an assessment by the residential care supervisor to determine their service needs and preferences. An individualized service plan is then prepared and discussed with the resident. Services will begin immediately upon acceptance of the service plan. Service points may increase or decrease as a resident’s needs and preferences change. By using an individualized plan based on service points, the resident pays only for those specific services being provided. All services are tailored to meet individual preferences. Our goal is to promote independence, dignity, respect and safety in the privacy of their own home, wherever that may be.

"The place we picked is amazing; the people who take care of her
are wonderful. I sleep better at night knowing how well she
is being taken care of and she is very happy. Thank you so
much for your service."

"My mom seems to be settling into her new home fairly well. The
staff there is attentive, sensitive and seems to be well suited for
dealing with dementia patients. I know my mom is safe there
and it is such a relief and weight off my mind. Thanks so much for
all your help. Especially through the process, your continued
contact checking in with me was such a comfort. It really
made the difference."
