Independent Living fee includes: water, electricity, heat, central air, gas (for units w/fireplaces), phone, internet, cable, housekeeping service every other week, doorstep removal of trash twice weekly, underground parking in heated garage w/opener. Breakfast & 4 course dinner also included 7days/wk, many onsite activities & outings. ALL floor plans include large patio, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, and washer & dryer in every unit. NO ENDOWMENT/”LIFE LEASE”/INVESTMENT required! Standard rental with 12 or 24mo lease. Dogs & cats are welcome! (breed/size restrictions apply)
