The residents at Northwesterly experience the privacy of home combined with the convenience of assistance and a maintenance free environment. The community offers affordable month-to-month rentals with no buy-in fees or long-term leases. Northwesterly residents enjoy newly remodeled, spacious (nearly 700sf), private one-bedroom suites intentionally priced below the market.

A variety of personalized services are included in the monthly rent (3-delicious meals daily prepared from scratch by the Chef and served restaurant-style in the elegantly appointed dining room as part of the Five Star dining experience; snacks and beverages, 24-hour specially trained staff; utilities, housekeeping and linen service; transportation; maintenance; concierge services; emergency response programs; medical evaluations and more). A full calendar of life enrichment activities, exercise and wellness classes are also included in the rent. Northwesterly conducts complimentary assessments of each resident and develops an individualized service plan tailored to meet the resident’s needs / preferences. Northwesterly also offers additional services ranging from ADLs to special dietary needs to medication management to incontinence care, and more!
