thought mom would be able to use the shower
The caregivers are very friendly at New Life Assisted Living III. I thought mom would be able to use the shower in her room. She is in a wheelchair and I was led to believe she would be able to get in the shower. After moving her in this turned out not to be the case. Since she has been there she has not had a shower. That was really disappointing to me. [removed] There was no call button and she could not call on overnight staff. Really that is the main reason I wanted her here. I have a job and three kids and needed someone to be available if she needed in the middle of the night. Other than it is nice that there are only five residents at this facility. The layout there is really nice too.
