New Frontier Home Health is Houston's premier home care provider. Our service is built around our patients, their families, and those responsible for their care.

We proudly serve seniors and persons with special needs focusing on safety, lifestyle enhancement, and positive outcomes for all of our patients.

We offer service with no long-term contract and no minimum hour requirements. You can start and stop service at any time.

At New Frontier Home Health, the whole company is behind you every step of the way. Our nursing staff conducts monthly updates with family members and our Nurse's Hotline is available to answer any questions you may have.

All of our caregivers are licensed Certified Nursing Assistants. Each caregiver is required to attend 1 hour of training for every 40 hours of care. Training for each caregiver is carefully designed to focus on the needs of those under their care.

New Frontier Home Health services the greater Houston area. We are licensed by the State of Texas to provide in-home personal assistance services to keep your loved one cared for and independent in their home.
