We are fortunate to have Morningside of Auburn in our area
I would definitely recommend Morningside of Auburn for people who are looking for an economical solution and enough activities/outings if residents are able.
The administrative staff have been wonderful to work with-responsive, caring, understanding, work to resolve issues. Other staff have been generally good with variability that I have come to learn is quite typical. Most of the workers are very helpful. The housekeeping has been good, but sometimes there needs to be some prompting. Nothing major though. My loved one has not been thrilled with food. There is little, if any, variability for breakfast, which is too early for most residents if they try to go to dining room. Many meals tend to be over cooked. But dining staff have been nice. This is a good facility for residents and family members who will be appropriately assertive, respectful and ask for help. The move in process was easy. Paperwork was relatively easy with small understandable bumps in any transition process of this nature.

We are very happy with Morningside of Auburn. We have experienced a very loving place with very competent people. Our mother is happy with her sweet surroundings, and she has quickly made good friends. It's a small and intimate place and is very comfortable - the perfect place for our mother.

Couldn't be happier
We recently moved our mom to Morningside Auburn and cannot begin to tell you how positive a move it has been. The experience started with having met the Executive Director who clearly leads by example. Whether it's helping serve a meal, walk a tenant back their room, clean spots off the carpet or simply greeting everyone by name, she is always looking after the best interests of the residents. Her attitude and leadership is embodied in every staff member we have had the pleasure to get to know. They all treat our mom like their own mom and genuinely care about her well being. Lastly, the facility is gorgeous, calming and welcoming all at the same time. Simply watching moms interaction with the staff and other residents and the smile on her face helps support our belief that moving mom to Morningside was a great decision.

highly recommend
I had a difficult situation and they really accommodated me. Not everybody would have been as understanding. They were willing to work around my schedule, answer any questions I had, were very friendly throughout the whole process, etc. I would highly recommend Morningside of Auburn to anyone.
