To put it simply the facility and the staff are thy top facility in Monroe county area, and probably anywhere else. \nThe director is hands on and sets the example of caring and comforting for the remaining staff. My daughter, an RN having worked in most local long-term care facilities, says without hesitation Cedar Creek is certainly the number one local facility and the caregivers are uniformly the best she has worked with. Their great attitudes toward assisting residents are absolutely exemplary. This director understands how to hire wonderful people who come to work everyday with sincere caring in their heart and are eager to help residents.
