We are the region’s newest not-for-profit retirement community having opened our state-of-the-art facility in 2009. We very quickly achieved ‘Full’ status, but we are always encouraging those desiring Assisted Living to join our wait list. We are proud to provide not only the best care – but the most affordable care as well. At Meredith Bay Colony Club you never pay an entrance fee or a community fee.We offer two distinct Assisted Living Options: The INN with all private one and two room suites, each with its own Kitchenette, along with private bathroom including shower.The GARDENS is our wonderful Memory Support Center designed especially for those with Alzheimer’s and related types of memory loss. All apartments are private including their own private bathroom including private shower.
