• Assistance with daily tasks
• Chronic disease monitoring

• Full-time Registered Nurses available at all times
• Hospice
• Individualized care plans
• Medication management

We are a small, home-like community with both private and semi-private rooms. Common areas are comfortable, casual, and relaxing. We offer daily activities and community outings that are tailored to resident abilities and interests, including pet therapy and live musical entertainment.

We are active in the McMinnville community, and, as part of that, we offer public services such as a monthly Alzheimer’s support group and other events throughout the year. We also partner with the McMinnville Senior Center for events, activities, and outings. Every year at Father’s Day we host a classic car show and barbecue, and it has become a McMinnville tradition for the entire town to enjoy.

We Love Helping Families Find the Right Senior Care

"You were terrific. You gave me good suggestions and listened to my feedback. You managed to be both supportive and to nudge me when I was tiring in the search, or when I didn't follow up on something."

Celia W., Found Assisted Living in Portland, OR

"Not only did an advisor locate the most suitable memory care home for my aunt, but provided compassionate email and phone call guidance for several years before Dad and Mom finally agreed to assisted living. A friendly ear or email lets me know help is available. What better testament to a health care referral service than this?"

Kathryn F., Found Alzheimer’s Memory Care in Salem, OR
