McKenzie Falls Rental Residences are all 1bedroom, 1 bath, attached ranch style homes conveniently located in a quiet residential setting just east of Rte. 53.

All residences include energy efficient kitchen appliances including a washer and dryer in every home. Our residents also enjoy not having steps to climb or tenants living above or below them. Each unit boasts luxurious carpeting, efficient room layouts and individually controlled heating/air conditioning.

Our clubhouse, which overlooks a pond with a fountain, houses a television/lounge meeting room area, kitchen, outdoor patio, exercise room, laundry room, and craft/computer/game library room. A walking trail surrounds the entire site and there is convenient walking access to several shopping areas and restaurants.
